The John Allardice Ceilidh Sound are a top Scottish Ceilidh Band and have been playing together for over 20 years and full-time professionally for the past 12, providing top quality Scottish entertainment worldwide. With over two thousand ceilidhs done to date, their wealth and experience is second to none.
All of the band members are award winning musicians in their own right, with tv and radio broadcasts to their credit. John regularly presents his own radio show dedicated purely to Scottish Ceilidh music. Collectively the band have played all over the world from Europe, America, Australia and even all the way to the Bahamas for the British Ambasadors St. Andrews Ball. The Ceilidh Sound team are skilled dance callers and will demonstrate (call) all the dances on the night with humour, enthusiasm and energy.
Ceilidh Sound can supply a full disco service to compliment your event and to also add a little variety to your night. Your evening can comprise as much or as little ceilidh, and as much or as little disco as you like. Our DJ's are experienced in all aspects of musical genres and will gladly play any special requests or playlists provided.
